Join us for a summer morning filled with movement, creativity, and the beauty of fresh flowers.

We'll begin with a bright awakening yoga flow to energize the body and uplift the spirit, guided by Alli Esposito, alchemist of One With All. After moving, enjoy a hands-on bouquet-making experience led by farmer-florist Samantha Cromwell of Golden Hour Flowers, where you'll select from an abundance of seasonal flowers to design and wrap your own custom bouquet to take home.

To complement the morning, enjoy a refreshing custom summer tea blend, crafted to inspire creativity and support your inner radiance.

This 2-hour event is a beautiful way to nourish your body, awaken your creativity, and celebrate the joy of the season

Open to all bodies, all backgrounds, all blooming souls. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle—everything else is provided!
